When i get start up ,and choose internet explorer (browse the internet) all i get is a blank page except toolbar ,and in the tray RUNONCE.MSN.COM, if i do get a page it congratulates me on downloading i/e7 but on trying to save settings ,i get not able to be saved.
any help to combat this

So what happens if you enter an address into the address bar and hit Enter?

I had no top browser search bar ,
what i did i also looked on yahoo answers.
Loads of people had the same problem ,when they clicked from the start menu to open i/p, all they got was a blank page ,and the info at bottom tray, runonce .com they could not set settings they got as i got,unsuccesfull unable to save.
anyway one came up with the answer,tools.internet options, advance, click the bottom re-set, after it reset, re-start,everything worked fine.
