Why wont the clips move

I have installed a Hazzard Perseption test disc and every thing works accept the moving image. I uinstalled and cleaned the disc but with no luck. I admit the disc like my first wife has been around the block a few times. Any ideas

no idea - as a mid 50s driver I know (nor care) anything about safety, sobriety or skill when it comes to driving - I just know a landrover driven by a 4 foot woman trying to calm 48 screaming kids wil go straight over a ford fiesta without slowing down.

luckily passed test before all this safety stuff came in - doubt if I'd pass now
