Can You Run Limpus Linux from USB

Hi,
I Doubt i will get an answer for this question but here goes:
CAN YOU INSTALL AND RUN LINPUS LINUX FROM USB
as i use a lot of diferent pc's also i need the handy icon interface because i need someone else who isnt good with Linux to use it (IF YOU CANT IS THERE ANOTHER DISTRO WITH THIS UI)

Though it's also going to be dependent on if the computer supports booting from USB devices

p.s BIOS ON ALL PC Support usb if not i use grub bootloader usb cd
