I have just acquired a new laptop and have set it up, but cannot connect to the virgin broadband. I have only got a message saying excellent connection to belkin g router, but cannot get any further. Can anyone help me?

look in network ... select the wireless adapter - run the connect wizard (or view available) ... that generally does it for XP and Vista
