My printer is connected to a network and other computers can only use it at certain times of the day what should I do to troubleshoot this problem?
prev Router -no internet
  
next 95/98/ME users cannot connect to printer

It is probably spooled through a server.

The print properties have been set to make it available to some users at certain times of day.

Check out the printer setup on the server.
