Today Winweb Security popped up saying there was a critical security breach on my computer and than I should run same and register with them to remove these items.

I ran my Norton full Scan and all was secure - now I am now aware that this is a bogus site, and it has placed a yellow shield with horizontal black stripes on my taskbar beside the clock and I cannot get rid of this and every now and again it pops with the same message of a critical security breach.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this?
