passwords on msn

Hello my msn is automatically set up to log in as the password etc is stored. However I cant remember the password. Is there anyway of going into my computer system and finding it that way?

Funnily enough I had a similar problem yesterday, and I found this.

After installing it, you click the record button, then log in as normal. The program watches what gets transmitted through your network port and tells you.
