Incredimail Advanced Account Access
I have used Incredimail quite happily for years. I have two accounts, Hotmail and Gmail. Suddenly today, the Advanced Account Access gives me a message that "unfortunately this feature cannot currently be used with your *****@hotmail account". How irritating - anyone out there know why this could be? I haven't found any answers in cyberspace so far. My Gmail account is fine.

After many e-mails to the "Incredimail Support" team (I use the term "support" very loosely!) they have assured me they are working on this and it should be fixed next week. Hmmmm. I am not holding my breath! Still, let's see what happens. I have a couple of other problems with Incredimail too.... it is trying to download three "phantom" messages from my Hotmail account and after trying to do that I get a "Keylib Error #28" message. Most frustrating! Anyway, fingers crossed they come up with an update some time next week..... I would suggest keep checking their updates and check the "version details" on their site.
Hi Edith! Ha ha! Yes, it seems we are! Anyway, keep checking the Incredimail website for an update - they are assuring me it will be this week...... check the "version details" after going to "download incredimail"..... it should say something about "Hotmail fix". If they don't fix it, I'm gonna get REALLY mad.... but.... there's nothing we can do if they don't fix it! We are at the mercy of "helpers in cyberspace"!!! Fingers crossed.
