Listing music on windows media player

Like most people my music is in alphabetical order ( Artist or Group ) Sometimes if i download a new title say one of Bob Dylan's, it throws it into" various artists". So i make sure the spelling of the artist name is the same and make sure the capital letters,comma's and full stops are all in the same place but it won't move. so i end up with nine Bob Dylan tracks marked under "B" and one in various artists. Anybody got any idea's.

are you editing the file tame or the ID tag built into the file.

it's the tag you need to edit.

in media player right click on the file ans select advanced tag editor and change things in there.
