PC Disc Drive Not Working???

I just went to put a CD onto my computer and nothing happen, so opened up WMP and tried to RIP the CD but it just kept coming up 'CD Driver needed to rip a cd'....but it was working fine not that long ago....

I have listed my PC spec below, can somebody help??

Find out the make of your cd drive (right click the drive my computer choose Hardware) then gogle %drive make% drivers for vista home basic
