I have installed AVG (free), do I need extra Anti Spyware too, please, as the AVG seems to include it? I have Windows firewall. T I A, Rosy

I also have AVG Free, which seems to include the Anti Spyware, but to be honest not sure how good it is.

I recently downloaded and ran Malwarebytes which found and cleared some nasty spyware.

Install it, reboot, run updates THEN run scan.

I also run Adaware.

It is not Adware, it is Adaware. (There is another product called Adware that looks a bit dodgy to me)

When you run it it scans your PC for malware, spyware and any tracking cookies.
