do i have a virus?

basically when I go on forums such as this one if I click on a thread it shows me the posts that I last saw. this means I have to refresh the page to see if there are any new posts on the thread. its been happening a while now and I am sick of having to refresh the page all the time to get the latest posts. anyone got any ideas?

that's because your page isn't refreshing!

tools | internet options | browsing history | settings | tick the every visit option
