Sometimes when I open a couple of windows on my computer, it gives me a message that Virtual Memory is low and window is increasing it. If I click on X it disappears.

What is it and how can I do, if I am supposed to do something to save my computer?

Any help would be appreciated.

right click on my computer and select properties if you don't know and it will tell you on that screen.

It says Pentium (R) 2.93 GHz. 760 MB of RAM.
Thanks for super quick reply, do you think I need to increase these?
it's only the ram thats an issue here, and 780 should be enough... not great but enough (it will actually be 788, but 8mb must be allocated to the video card)

firstly, as a lot of spyware or viruses are badly written and suffers from memory leaks that can cause this run a full ant-virus scan and anti spyware scan.... if you have not got anti spyware software then download either adaware or malwarebytes and run a scan (or both and scan with both)
