iTunes & Quick Time Downloads 75% then says "an old Quick Time must be uninstalled, to allow download" I cannot find the Quick Time anywhere on my programs. Is it possibly hidden ? Any ideas please?

Use Revo uninstaller. It will search and removed all old itune things, even from windows registry.
