display icons and homepage etc

All my icons and my home page is all big and I don't know why this has just happened. I have been on to control paanal and display options but cannot solve it. It is driving me mad. Can any one help please?

When you goto control panel and display options click on the settings tab and slide the screen resolution slider to the right a bit at a time and click apply, keep going up one step at a time until it looks ok, if the screen disappears just press escape to revert back to previous setting.

if it's already as far right as it will go then post back make and model of computer and somebody will point you towards the correct drivers to download an install to sort it out.

You are a star, but now have another problem. When I scroll down the screen jutters bit by bit rather than smoothly, how can I fix that please.
