I would like to use a signature in some of my emails, not all. Is it possible to use a signature in Outlook, like you do in word as in Auto Text?

Thanks

If you go in Outlook to tools, then options, then select mail format tab and signatures (or may show as signature picker depending on your outlook version) you can enter your signature. Then when you write an email you can insert the signature when wanted or keep it as a default to appear on all new emails then just manually delete it from those you do not want to send it on.

Hope this helps.
