how do you make your screen resolution smaller

Right click on your desktop and choose properties.
Choose the settings tab from the box that it brings up and you will see screen resolution in there.

Move the arrow to the left or right to the setting you wish, then click on apply and ok.

Be careful if it is a TFT screen or a laptop though.

TFTs and laptop screens have a default resolution and they run best at that resolution.

Change the resolution and you may get a poorer image quality with pixelation and so on.

Old CRT screens could cope well with resolution changes, but TFT screens cant. Because the TFT screen itself is made up of small pixels it is best to have a 1 to 1 mapping between the default for the screen and the actual setting within Windows.

To reduce screen pixel resolution smaller follow these step:
>Click Start
>Go to settings
>Go to Control Panel
>Click Display
>Go to settings Tab
>Now here you can set low level resolution.
