i've just got a new computer and i'm trying to install my bt total broadband cd but it wont load.
i've tried going into my computer and running it from there but it wont
help please

If the CD is a few years old it may have been written for Windows XP but not Vista.

You may need to go back to BT and get an updated CD that supports Vista.

If you connect via a router, there shouldn't be any need to install any software on your machine.
