How can I uninstall it from laptop with vista?

You can't , it's part of windows but you can turn it off

Also he is NOT talking about Windows Defender but a piece of spyware called WinPC Defender.

Open run and type below test to uninstall it:
msiexec /uninstall windowsdefender.msi /quiet /log uninstall.log

these are the few process to remove the pc defender from the windows vista .

press the alt+ctrl+del. and click on processes tab .
select the spydawn.exe and click on end processes.

find and delete these win pc defender file from the windows.
