can anyone please help me block spam emails,i am with sky.com,its driving me mad,

If you're receiving your mail through Sky's web-based access, there's probably nothing you can do about it.

If you're getting your mail via a dedicated client, such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird or Windows Mail, this is the additional (free) software which you need:
