Siemens SE587 Router

This router has suddenly cut out both wireless and wired. Nothing but a load of guff from Tiscali. Does anyone have a quick-fire suggestion or should I just change my ISP?

is the adsl light on?
but ideally a spare router is the first option
connected to the line with all the internal wiring removed
if still nothing they can test and adjust the noise ratio
if still no
I'd think a new router could be in order

if all above fails reset the router to factory and set it up from scratch
.... but the helpdesk shouldhave done that already

I got one of them from Tiscali too....

Set it up, used it for one day, and then disconnected it and threw it in a cupboard as it kept dropping my connection.

Went back to my trusty netgear, problem solved.

Thanks for the suggestions. If the first doesn't work, I'll use the second and end the affair.
