Internet tool bar is too high

My tool bar has gone above the top of the screen,if you understand what I mean,It appears when I put the cursor to the top but it used to be there all the time.I guess I've done this but by accident.How do I get it lower down.Many thanks.

Press your F11 key; does that solve it?

Hold the cursor on the toolbar and while holding the left mouse button down (dragging) drag it down the screen. When halfway down the toolbar should jump to the bottom. You can also have the toolbar (taskbar) on the side.

To prevent it happening again, rightclick the toolbar and tick "lock the taskbar".

btw to stop it from disappearing rightclick the taskbar and choose 'properties'. Then at the taskbar tab make sure the 'auto-hide the taskbar' is unticked.
