Im always suspicious of items like this that "claim " to have found mass infections.

Save your money and try the free versions of

Ad-aware

and Spybot

Lots of AB'ers find these satisfactory.
You could also look at the free version of Super AntiSpyware. It is quite good but a bit slow and you may want to run it overnight

Hi scotman...Do any of the 3 suggested actually REMOVE Trojans,or do they just tell you they are there? John..
As far as I am aware all 3 will present a list of items found after a scan and offer you the option of what to do with them. They are all good products with free versions available. AdAware and Spybot are older than SAS. You don't lose out by trying them all if they don't suit then delete them
Try to use Malwarebyte antimalware. It can identify and remove malicious software from your computer. When your computer becomes infected, Malwarebytes can provide the needed assistance to remove the infection and restore the machine back to optimum performance.
