I`m trying to download bbc I Player desktop. I`m told to download Adobe Air. The download site tells me that I have downloaded Adobe Air successfully but this is not the case. I`m going around in circles. I have been given suggestions but these have been too technical for my limited comprehension of the computer world. Thanking you in anticipation
