I don`t know about Toshiba, but an Acer one that I returned to factory settings for a friend, Came with so much c--p installed, the C drive was nearly full.
There were trials of this that and the other, no longer working. plus a load of rubbish she didn`t want or need.
I removed all this and freed up a lot of space.
Also have a look at what you`ve got starting up.
Click start- type msconfig into box - click start up.
Untick anything you don`t need at start up.
Leave microsoft stuff in if you`re not sure, and your antivirus.
You can add them back if there are any problems.
When you download any programmes, untick any boxes that say
"create start up menu" or quick start. Just create the desktop shortcut.
Sometimes you need to choose custom install to do this.
Also untick anything about new toolbars etc. unless you really want them.
