R4 DS Software
4 Answers
Hi Guys, Need your help again. I purchased the R4 SDHC package which stated the software (needed to enable the micro chip games) play on the Nintendo DS Lite was on the CD. Unfortunately there was no CD and have been told to download the required software from the net. I have tried but with no success so I am hoping one of you guys can point me in the right direction please.

Format your SD as FAT32. Do a complete format - it won't take long.
Unzip the contents of the English folder in the zip file to your SD card (ie the _DS_MENU.DAT and _DS_MSHL.NDS should be in the root of the card with the _system_ and moonshl folders)
You may want to create a !Roms folder to hold your nds files to keep everything neat and make it easy for you to update the R4 software if necessary in the future.

If you are correct ct75, can you give me the exact location as I downloaded what I considered to be the correct software but still can't read the games on the micro chip via the R4 in Nintendo DS Lite.
