Saving Programs on Laptop

I want to retur my laptop to the same state it was in when i brought it but i installed a microsoft word program on as i got it, I have lost the CD with this programme on. Is there any way i can copy or the microsoft word programme to reinstall once i have restore my laptop?

as was mentioned to you before, reinstalling your computer may not solve your problem.

as you are getting errors accessing memory it may well be that your ram is faulty, reinstalling will take you a lot of time and may not cure this.

before wiping your computer download this

Let it run overnight and see if it reports any problems, if it does than replacing at least one stick of your ram may be the only solution to your problem.

then you need to think of another way of getting the prog - without it you're stuffed
