I'm trying to 'upload' a photo to send via a website but it has to be less than 20mb. I've gone into 'help' & tried both the options given. 1, send via jpeg 2, by compressed zip file but still it won't go?
Can anyone help please?
PS, please make it simple!

How large is the photo you are trying to upload?
a <20Mb pikky !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

jpg are already compressed - for that reason you can't zip them (without speciallist software)

finally I wouldn't thank you for a 20Mb file just to see aunt nellie eating cake
Resize the photo, click on link below

Download the powertoy image resizer, you can then rght click on a photo & resize before sending.
