I've recenty installed a HP F4200 printer/copier/scanner and now all my windows are opening with just the tool bars showing until I maximise them, even when the printer is switched off. Any ideas?

Start by trying the obvious:

Uninstall the printer.

Use System Restore to take your PC's registry back to a date before the problem occurred.

Reinstall the printer.
