Still no better. I'm receiving emails through Hotmail, but can't reply to any. When I click onto "new", nothing happens. Same when I click onto reply or forward. Any ideas please?

have you simply tried restarting your computer?

Yes Chuck - and strangely enough, I've just been able to answer an em - but now I can't again! Do you think it's my computer at fault? Can't access GMail either. It loads up, and then nothing - white page, so can't sign in - although it usually comes up automatically. : (
