Searching for a decent, reasonably priced laptop..
Looking for a laptop to take to university with me however I'm not really sure what I can get for my budget of �300 but there's a few things that I'd like it to have... feel free to tell my that my budget is mad for my expectations =P
-CD/DVD r/w
-integerated webcam/microphone/speakers
-enough memory to comfortably hold a fair music collection
-built in wireless internet capabilities

Any and all laptops, in your price range, should be able to do everything you list above.
Anything more is stuff you don't require.
I'd advise you to look for laptops by good brands, and simply buy the one you like most (assuming it fits your price range and as the things you want). Ignore tech specs, even the lowest models now have what you need.
Good brands:

Apple
HP
Toshiba
Asus
To an extent, Dell.
Anything more is stuff you don't require.
