My granddaughters Advent wireless laptop laptop cannot "see" my orange livebox connection .
It started playing up when it disconnected regularly , when turned on, from the internet and the security code had to be re-entered to reconnect. Now the only connectection it can identify is one which I believe belongs to my neighbour. Even when the pairing mode is switched on in the livebox no comnnection can be seen.My Dell computer and another laptop work perfrectly well.
Can I delete all connections and restart/reset.
I may have messed things up more by trying, in ignorance , to set up a new connection.
