I bought a bluetooth adapter for my laptop but it won't load, it keeps telling me I need a driver and gives me a link to download it but at the end it says downloading failed. Any idea and please as I am a techno-phob keep it idiot proof

Where has " compose" gone?

Googling Bluetooth adaptor yields 5,990,000 links.
Of course, we could narrow this down a teensy bit if you bothered to mention the make and model, and maybe even the link to the download.
