TOOLBAR VANISHED

I loaded my MS Office CD to my laptop, but there is not toolbar! I cannot edit, or 'save' or adjust page sizes etc etc, or anything at all. Can you help please?

Can you find the 'Toolbar Options' arrow? (It's a small arrowhead, pointing downwards, at the right-hand-side of where you'd expect the toolbar to be).

If so, click on it. Then click on 'Add or Remove Buttons'. Next click 'Customize'. Then select the 'Toolbars' tab. Click to place ticks alongside 'Standard' and 'Formatting', then click 'Close'.
