This is a software problem. If you copy the error code beginning with C: and ending with DLL and paste it into Google, you'll see that many people have encountered this problem.
From the advice through a Google search, the best starting point is to uninstall anything Google related. So if you have Google Chrome, Earth or Picasa or anything like that, uninstall it. Also, make sure nothing Google related (like Google Update) is running in the background. Do this by going to Start > Run and type "msconfig" to bring up the configuration tool. In the "Services" and "Startup" tabs, make sure anything Google related is unchecked. Save the changes and reboot your machine. See if the error still occurs.
