nintendo wii

i have a nintendo wii which i use on my main telly, and i have just bought a nintendo wii for my children for them to play in thier room. I have installed extra programs to allow me to play games from other regions as my brother travels abroad alot. My question is can i copy either the full o/s or these installed programs from my wii and put it into the childrens wii, or do i have to go through the whole installation process of installing these extra programs one by one on to their wii

any help would be most welcome
