I have a list of data, each line allocated to an individual persons initials.
On the same data line, I have a monetary value.
How do I work out the monetary value for each individual?
I assume I need to concatenate the two cells (Initials & Monetary Value), but then how do I un-concatenate them in a summary box?

Do you mean like this:-

AA 1000
BB 2000
CC 3000
DD 4000

Or is the problem there could be more than one value for a person like:

AA 1000
BB 2000
CC 3000
AA 4000
AA 500

Sorry, not sure what you are after!
