Help! When I turned on the computer just now and clicked on my email, it failed to come up, also Microsoft works did not come on, also when I tried to access an attachment on an email earlier, (which I sent (attached) from microsoft works,) I got the message -this file does not have a programme associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Association control panel - but I cannot find the set assoc control panel. Can anyone help me, please?
