cookie problems?

i am using firefox as my browser. have had no problems for years with it. problem is accessing ebay through the nectar website. i have used this for last few years to earn points. click onto nectar, then ebay, click go shopping, it opens the ebay web site. well this is what used to happen. now it will not open the ebay web page, all that opens is a blank page. nectar blame ebay and vice versa. i have tried to rectify; cleared out all old cookies, cache, history, etc. but this has not resolved the problem. some sites open ok form nectar, others i am getting same problem with.
i can open ebay ok directly though. i am totally stuck, anyone with ideas / help.

yor browser may have stopped this service due 2 phlishing websites,due 2 this i would only go 2 ebay thru yor browsers search,its much safer,have u allowed cookies to be accepted from ebay thru nectar?also allowed popups from ebay?
