Hi, I've recentlypurchased a new computer with Windows7. Whereas in the past I could listen/watch videos on Youtube I find that under w7 the videos play for a few seconds, cease, then start again. I can never watch the entire video.

Does anybody have an answer which a non techie can understand? Many thanks.

This sounds more like a problem with your internet connection than with Windows 7. I haven't experienced the problems you describe, whether using IE8 or Firefox.
