I want to edit text and delete some pictures and background in PDF. How can I do this without downloading any software?

simple - you can't

scan them as a JPEG instead of a PDF and then use any photo/image editing software to edit them.

I've just opened a .pdf file and edited the text. Cannot edit the images though.
