laptop - is this spec any good?

The PC I am currently using at work is so slow it has almost ground to a halt; we've added memory to 3gb but it hasn't made the slightest bit of difference. Recently had Windows 7 installed on it. I have been given this spec - HP ProBook 4710s Laptop, Intel Core 2 Duo 2Ghz processor, 320gb hard drive, 3gb memory, 17.3 inch screen, DVD-RW, Bluetooth, Wireless, Ethernet, Integrated Webcam, Windows 7 Professional for £605. I don't want to make a mistake and have no idea what to buy. Any observations anyone?
