Iam using aol mail although not with aol as my internet provider now.Can anyone tell me how to overcome the problem with the message "your time has expired" that pops up during typing an email and then the email content is lost.I don't know how to get the email saved to begin with and the troubleshooting page says it does this as a safety feature after 24hrs not after only 30-40 mins.
Can my email be retrieved or is it lost? Very annoying as was a lengthy one and words away from finishing. Thanks for any help

I also am in the same predicament as yourself, so am hoping some AB tech will soon reply to your post.
Don't know, not used AOL, but meantime, how's about typing your e-mail into a .txt or .doc & pasting when you've finished it.
That`s a good idea CW1. ta.

To Carlton23. Don't know if you have sorted your timed out problem out but as I have I thought I would let you know. Only enter aol by clicking in sign in.Don't click on aol mail like I had been doing.Seems to sign you as a guest for a limited time. When you get the box in left hand corner, enter your screen name and password but the remember to tick the box which says "keep me signed in until I sign out" and then click on enter. This overides the other function. This will be fine then.I was just taking a short cut! Best of luck.
