How do i set up my email address's from outloook express on my old computer onto the new one with Windows 7?

In windows live mail I clicked on add new e-mail and entered the e-mail aaddress that I have but when I sync. them ( send/receive ) i am asked for the passwords on each of the three accounts and doesn't connect to them.

Second question - how do I copy the address book from the old computer into the contacts section of the new one ?
