OGA Office Not Genuine Notification
An irritating message telling me my Office Application is not genuine appears every time I try to open Outlook. Information on a website tells me how to suppress the message but I have a problem with the instructions. The first step is to run Registry Editor ie press Start and Run. When I press Start on my laptop there is no Run facility. I know there was one on my old desktop but had never noticed it's absence on my new laptop. I have searched everywhere I can think of for a Run facility but without success. Can anybody help me?

I once tried changing something on my computer and lost alot of emails and photos but most importantly the only video of my favourite cockatiel which had recently died :( I have since learnt that you save photos, videos etc. but at the time didn't know it was the thing to do.
it's a shame you have been put in the position that you've had to keep it. open office is perfectly usable to for most aspects of office and the free mail clients are often better than outlook, there is also always the chance that illegal software contains a virus (unlikely in this case unless your son downloaded it from the internet and if he is a software engineer he should know better than to do that!)
