Bluetooth on Netbook

I have a Samsung NC10 netbook and for some reason I cant get the bluetooth to work with my mobile phone. I know its not my phone as I can send pics to another computer I have and it works fine. I'm guessing its something to do with the settings on the netbook but I cant figure it out. Anyone have any clues??
