Sorry, I know this has been asked and answered before, but can't find it anywhere. I have vista on an orange live box and windows XP on very old pc, connected to the 2nd line, not used it for many months. Now it is telling me the IP address is lost. Would someone PLEASE tell me (in easy words) how to find and replace IP address. Many Thanks :-)

go to command prompt (probably START - all programs - accessories), and type IPCONFIG
that will give you all the IP info you need.
to replace your IP address, type IPCONFIG /release and then type IPCONFIG /renew for a new address.
