How do i remove "antivirus7"

Antivirus7 has infected my comp. It is a scam and per ports to have found viruses on the comp which don't exist.
How do i get rid of it without buying another malware removal tool, please??

You can use Malwarebytes anti-malware or SUPERAntispyware to remove Antivrus 7 malware from your computer. Both programs are free.
