New Laptop

I bought a new laptop on Saturday so been entering my sites that i use into my favs, anyway when i tried to get into AB it keeps telling me the username and password are wrong, any ideas anyone whats happening ?

I'd hazard a guess that you are getting your username or password wrong!

both username and password are case sensitive (i.e. you need the capitol T at the beginning of your name)

Yep done that chuck, ive tried everything, so im thinking maybe i need to log of on my pc *using at the moment to type*

Shouldn't have to, you can have as many computers logged in at the same time as you want, I am logged in here, at work, my laptop is still on at home and logged in (and I could log on using the other computers on my desk with no problems if I wanted to)

Ive mailled Ab twice since Sat but nothing back yet :( i was planning on dimantling the pc but i think i'll have to just keep it till this is resolved

Try going to the login page and then press CTRL + f5, this will do a full refresh of the page (not simply reload it from the cache) and then try logging in again.

I'd also make sure that you are using the latest version of whichever browser you use (IE is version 8, firefox version 3.6)

Nope still not working and i have the new version of Firefox, its got me stumped lol
