iPod and IMTOO software

I have still not been able to satisfactorily copy my iTunes lists from old computer. A friend tells me to download IMTOO software which costs about £20 and which will copy the info from the iPod itself to my new computer. Has anyone else used this?

Thanks for that. I did manage to copy my library from old hard drive but it has saved everything in purchased playlist and none of the playlists I created have copied over. Should I uninstall iTunes and reinstall first do you think before trying your suggested download? It is SO frustrating!
